Which ITR Form is used to file the return for only commission income (TDS deducted u/s 194H) and under which head it is to be shown for AY 2018-19.

Can we use any of the two ITR-3 or ITR-4?

*There is no sales or purchases transactions just the commission over products sold on Individual's behalf.

It generally depends on from which source commission is received. If you have received commission from any business or profession than show it under the head `profits and gains of business or profession’ and claim expenses incurred in earning of commission. File ITR-3.

If your commission income is negligible, you can show under ‘income from other sources’. File ITR 1 (income less than rs 50 lakh)

Person having income from Commission cannot file ITR-4.
