Q.no.1 A female I.t. assess income from home tutions previous three years upto 31.03.2019  I.t. return filed.

Gross income for 3 years Rs.9,50,000/-

Home and other expenses for 3 years Rs.3,00,000/-


A assess how much amount cash deposit in bank sb account.

Q.no.2 CC loan from bank:

A person projected balance sheet values mentioned as on 31.03.2020

Sundry creditors:2,00,000/-

Sundry debtors:1,50,000/-

Closing stock in trade:3,00,000/-


Cash on hand:50,000/-

Projected sales turnover as on 31.03.2020 Rs.30,00,000/-(30 lacs)


A person which amount loan eligible on turnover based method from bank cc loan.

1. there is no limit of depositing cash in saving bank account.

A person maintained small kirana stores.no gst registration below 40 lacs turnover limit.a person consulting bank manager for the purpose of bank loan.if bank manager asked gst registration certificate compulsory.

My doubt:

A person new gst registration compulsory or any other options sloved problem.
