How to Get Covered?

To be part of the ESI scheme, you and your employer contribute a small percentage of your salary. You’ll contribute 0.75%, while your employer adds 3.25%. For workers earning a daily average wage of Rs. 50 or less, there’s no contribution required, though your employer will continue contributing on your behalf.
