The Council of the ICAI has laid down ‘Code of Conduct for CA Students’ to be observed while pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course. This Code of Conduct is applicable to all students who are pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course and includes students who have completed practical training. ICAI has issued advisory of taking disciplinary action on violation of Code of Conduct by CA Students. The announcement is as follows-

Sub: Observance of Code of Conduct by CA Students
The Code of Conduct for CA students is hosted on Institute website and is available at the following link: https://www.icai.org/resource/45773bos22394.PDF.
Students are advised to observe these in letter and spirit so as to maintain the highest standards of this esteemed profession. In case of any violation of the same by the students, disciplinary action will be taken against them.
