A virtual office is a full-fledged office, but in reality, it doesn’t exist physically. The virtual office is good for those who can’t afford to have physical office. This is possible only because of advanced technology, you will have an office, call or service center where actually no person exists, its the specialty due to which now a days people are shifting towards it. The question is that GST Registration is possible with virtual office?

The answer is who denies it. The virtual space is absolutely legal. This is generally popular among e-commerce seller or service providers of the e-commerce like flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, snapdeal etc who work from anywhere anytime. GST is mandatory for online selling through e-commerce operators.

Virtual office is needed to show the place of business entity for registering under any law to constitute it as Legal entity. Virtual office gives address for official communication of business correspondence and mails.

For GST Registration ownership document /lease agreement is required as a proof of address. When agreement is entered for virtual office it will be a valid legal agreement for the place of business under GST law. Thus, no problem arise for GST Registration proof of address.
